A message from the Prep Fund Co-Chairs
January 2009...
The Prep Fund has now entered into its third year since taking over from the Voluntary Building Fund. Over the past two years, the financial contributions have ensured a large range of additions to Prep. These include the returfing and renovation of the Bogunda and Jordan Ovals, an additional technology laboratory in the Roberts Building as well as a number of bursaries, just to name but a few.
The other benefit is the growth in the relationships formed within the Prep Community. Many new friendships are made and others are strengthened, as our whole community is more involved than ever before in the many aspects of Prep. These friendly relationships are pivotal to Prep; for today and for the future of Prep.
As our times change so rapidly both locally and more globally, strength in numbers is vital to any progress and success. It is thereby the aim of the Prep Fund to involve the entire Prep community in lending support to the Prep Fund. It is the strength of the number of families that will ensure continuing benefits to all the children at Prep.
We ask that all members of the school community join in 2009 to collectively provide the means to continue a large benefit to each and every child at Prep. We look forward to communicating with you throughout the year.
